Of course random tests are unconstitutional - for ANY substance. We said that when they were first proposed. I bet if the reference to alcohol had been left out none of the drunken senators would have had an issue with random THC tests. So now they can't test randomly and they can't prove cannabis impairment in court. Good to know.
