Are my roots ok???

Anyone from uk know if you can buy aqua shield here?

I can manage to get great white and i can get pond zyme here but is ther a product like aquashield here in the uk? I really need to make some tea!

I now have white roots coming through the net pot and starting to intertwine with the brown roots since iv been adding frozen bottles twice a day. The brown roots are not getting darker and the slime seems to have slowed down aswell which is great. All iv been adding is frozen bottles and oxyplus. Having problems here in uk getting hold of hydroguard so im thinking of going chemical unless any1 knows where to get? I can get pondzyme and great white but it seems aquashield is the stuff to get but none here in uk.

My plan now is to repot 4 of my plants in2 cocoa because its too much taking care of 7 oxypots and the 3 with most white roots i will bring on and learn the process. Nxt its rdwc with 1 big tank and a water chiller for sure!!

Goldenbrown i run my IWS DWC system here in the uk an my water temps go up to 77f on a hot day an don't have that problem i use canna nutes thou Canna CannaZym is good as it dissolves anything in the water an keeps the water fresh when i don't use CannaZym i get mold an the water stinks with in the week. since i been using these nutes i only change water once every 2 weeks now

Thanx for reply machead iv just bought regen a root,wilt guard and bio balancer by canadian express. Imgoing to change res today on the 3 oxypots im keeping and add these. Any1 have any expirience using canadian express in dwc??

i would use great white or pondzyme before aquashield.

Regen a root works... I use it for preventive maintenance and to resolve issues if they arise... Works fantastic!

Well 12 hours later and the 4 iv transplanted to cocoa have just took off health looking wise. But one of the 3 oxypots was drooping this morning i checked ph and it had risen from 5.5 last night to 6.5 this morning! I put that down for using straight tap water and not standing for a day or 2. Hopefully it will perk up later after re-adjustment. Have used the canadian express bio balancer,wilt guard and regen a root and have noticed bits of root etc floating in res and its a little more mirky than before when i started using this line. Would this be the bio balancer doing its work or do i more problems??

Heres an update, 2 days ago i cleaned my buckets,airstones etc with watered down bleach and sprayed my roots with a light mix of oxyplus and added oxyplus to res. yesterday i changed res again and added biopac by vitalink,canna cannazyme and canna aqua a and b vedge nutes . I cleaned everything a day before with oxyplus etc as to give a level playing field for the good bacteria etc to fight the bad.
Has anyone used biopac before and is it good to run cannazyme with it? The reason i used the cannazyme was for it to eat up the dead roots etc as the biopac im led to beleive doesnt have any zymes.????? Well 1 of my buckets is starting to show signs of slime again on end of roots is this the cannazyme? Or maybe i should just give it time

To me the more I used h2o2 that oxy this and that.. Slime just came back stronger or different then before. Prob best to start over with good temps, good benes and drop all the h2o2 this and that.


Cool temps, beneficials and light nutes is the key.

THanx for reply bigbuddahcheese but in fact now i have lots f new pearly white hairy roots growing in2 the rez after 36hrs of adding the biopac and cannazyme!! the slime did get worse at first but then it turned a slimey dark brown and when i pulled it off ther was white roots underneath! And now its nearly all gone, iv even got brown roots turning white...this stuff is amazing. Tomorrow i will post up pics before and after ..this stuff is truley great and a life saver

I used the oxyplus the last time and gave my pots etc a good clean b4 i added the biopac and cannazyme + nutes and to be honest there was new growth the nxt morning. T he slime turned a real dark snotty green after 36hrs then dark brown and then started to dissapear. I think maybe the cannazym made the slime worse to begin with before the biopac had fully took hold and started to battle the bad bacteria??

Awesome that's basically what I stated but with the enzymes (cannazyme). The brown snot you see is the enzymes eating away all the dead roots, just be careful pearly white today sometimes darker brown tomorrow, its nasty when you are battling the slime.

Do you think i should change rez every few days until things have improved enuff or is one time a week ok?

I would do it as often as possible for a few weeks then go week or longer. Problem lies in the beneficials some start to get going in 24-48 hours so maybe a weekly change is better with beneficials now my Sharksbreathe is letting up a little lol.

Im going to change the rez on the weekend and im going to leave out the cannazyme as heisenburg says that the bennies actually make their own enzymes and the cannazyme may be feeding the slime...any thoughts on this anyone???

Yea looking good brother. I wish they sold cannazyme near me, they only have Hygrozyme.
