Are my plants dying ??

So hi guys I started using my second lamp now and my plants are looking a little out of do you know what is going on I know their not dying but who’s knows

Just throwing that in I am starting to use a new fertiliser I made fermented rice water 2 months of fermentation and just for fun t threw in some neem oil ! Will see!!

The pH of fermented rice water is going to be acidic.

Your plants aren't dying. Why are some of the plants watered and others wilting and dying? Particularly the plants with the cover crop seem to be healthier than the plants that have no cover crop. Are you watering them differently? The soil of the non cover crop plants looks very dry.

I think once you dial in your watering and give them some fertilizer they'll be happier.

You need to start by weeding your garden.

Yep. That top photo looks like pH swing to me.
