are my ladies going back into veg ?

Hey guys just wanted to know if my plants are going back into re veg or if somethings else os wrong with them, they have recently been in a near death experience... i went away on holidays and my hole indoor system shut of in a tin shed.. With 60+ degree temps and 0 ventalation..
so i put them out side for a week untill they got healthy looking again and then i have recently put rthem back under my clf set up and the top of the buds seem to be growing leaves again and gapping up meaning loose buds? Anyways guys heres some pics..

Yes, it's gone back to veg AND is very stressed as the leaf sets are only throwing single leaves in the new growth.
Veg until the leaf sets in the new growth are throwing 5 leaves and restart flowering.

In my experience they ALWAYS throw single basil-like leaves when going into re-veg.
