There's some frost, but the buds look pretty small and fluffy. I don't think it's behind in terms of maturity (i.e. the cannabinoid profile). Did you over do the Nitrogen in early flowering? Dark leaves and lots of "claw" on the top, and plenty of stretch there too (though maybe just genetics/lighting for the latter). Anyway, get a loupe/magnifier and look at your trichomes, they are super cheap and essential in determining when to harvest. Clear trichomes = not ready, cloudy/milky trichs = good to go, and amber = ripe and ready or past due (depending on whether or not you like a couchlock high). The pistils do point towards harvest time, despite the plant itself being a little bit spindly and quite green too. Nice frost though. Good luck and hope this helps.
