I would use something like Final Phase, Flora Kleen, or Clearex. If you are going to flush less than a week I would use one of those agents to leach all the salts out and rid your plants of stored nutes.

Lol yah i just switched from a buunch of cfl's to a 400w and it is SO nice only having one wire going in ther for lights omg so nice
