Are feminized plants stronger?

No actually femmed seeds are even more prone to hermies then reg seeds. Either type will hermie if contaminated by light stress during the dark hours but fems even more so... be sure there's no light leaks or tiny lights from power strips, etc. on during the 12 hrs of darkness must be totally uninterrupted. Usually hermies occur from undue stress but plants can also herm from unstable genetics...selfed seeds do not happen often but they do happen & more so with fems than regs.

I was gifted a standard "sour D x Oregon ?. I only have experience in growing feminized autoflower and never had hermies .
The standard plant is on a 20 on 4 off schedule due to autoflower a currently growing and will be 16 weeks when I put it into flowering. I am gonna tie it down like a scrog 2 weeks before light switch to give it time to recover from stress. I have it in a 7 gallon poly bag with 10% volume in bottom are those clay hydro stones. Other than light , nutrients and training. What are the stressors I should avoid.?
