Are co2 tabs any good??

Hello
Is it good to use co2 in soil? And in what way?
I heard that roots needs o2 and that co2 is absorbed through the leafs
Is there anyone using/used co2 tabs ?

I don't know about those tabs but I hear that exhale bags are pretty sweet for indoor gardens.

I heard about the bag but We dont have these bags in my country. I already bougth the tabs but than read some mix opinion about it
anyone else know if there any good???

How about carbonized water? Aside from that though I am not sure how much CO2 a plant can intake through it's roots, most if not all of the CO2 a plant receives is taken from the air by the leaves of the plant. Interesting though...

Not the soil foliar feed the plant's with soda water without salt!! they will love you! Co2 boost bucket's are the way to go if you can afford the 100 dollar for one grow! I swear by it but....Roots use O2 oxygen not Co2 you can use a teaspoon to a gallon (of water) hydrogen peroxide 3 % found in drug store for the root's! all my plant's love the tonic water without sodium!!
