Are cfl actually better than these cheap Chinese FS LED?

Hello everyone, although I’m new on the forum I’ve been lurking on it for many years, but just recently created an account because I finally decided to quit stalling and grow my weed, seeing that where I live only Paraguayan brickweed is the only thing available I thought that growing it from the seeds you get amidst the brick is my best hope. Anyways, the economic situation where I live is dire and the access to growing equipment is really hard because they’re mainly imported, but I’ve came across there cheap Full spectrum LED lights that claim to be 60w

I think they’re too good to be true, I would really appreciate the opinion of someone experienced on this matter. I have a small setup 50cmx50cmx1m I plan to grow 1 or maybe 2 plants. Anyways what you guys think would yield better harvest; These cheap FS LED, Regular65k house Led, or plain cfls ? Those are pretty much my only options.
I thank you guys in advance for the attention.

Id mix up those FS leds with some regular house leds, but try not to use 6500K, see if you can find neutral white 4000K. Use the 4000K for vegg and then turn on the FS leds aswell for flower

Maybe find some people share their experiences in these sub forums.

Also very good examples from user blynx, over on icmag. His later posts transition from cfl to basic store bought led.

Try with local sourced household led, before buying expensive import leds.
