are Cali connection seeds overrated?

I've smoked plenty of og kush from hollywood dispensaries but I wasn't impressed. I'm wondering if I had the wrong phenos or it's really not that great. The master kush and even the regular was better in taste and high. So should I try this og everyone is raving about or should I invest in chocolope or bubba kush?
 
what works for you might not work for others and vice versa on that. or u just need to find a better good batch of o.g kush from other dispensarries

I really love the chocolope... chocolate tasteing grapefruit smelling happy up sativa high thats functional yet smiley.
 
i have smoked og kush 3 times. i have no idea where it came from besides "some dispensary in cali" that my buddy gets it from when he goes out to visit. at no time was i impressed with that strain. could just be a matter of the origin of the seed or how it was grown, but the stuff i had looked like the farmer knew what they were doing. i'm a bit less excited to grow my mk ultra now but it's crossed with g13 so we'll see.
 
generally og kush is way over hiped but there are diffent ones tahoe or lemon larry are stronger than sfv the real mexican mafia og kush is some of the strongest shit ever prob is everyone wants to use the og kush name so half the time they just rename shit og. but honestly master kush is my fav and im in cali
 
There strains are good, but I think they are overrated,the only thing I ever hear is "dude they are cross bred with chemdawg 91", ok thats cool, but I don't want almost every strain crossed with that.
 
probly overrated and unstable..who comes out with a shit load of strains in such a short time?..pollen chuckers IMO

From what I read they backcrossed the clone using a SFV Male that was tested and proved to only pass on positive traits if any to the resulting offspring. (backcrossed means they bred the child back to the clone parent to ensure 75% of the genes were from the clone only.

Also any traits from that 25% SFV Kush were supposted to be good and if anything add more lemony flavor to the clone, so even if not exact it will still be kushy, strong and powerful. But who knows, it could all be crap until i see for myself.

any of you that live in cali tried CPA's nuggetry og and chubbs line of og. just wondering if it any good or just the same ol shit

I was thinking the same thing, But Ive never been realy impressed by kush.

Im considering trying some just to see what they got...

Do they sell fems?

Is'nt the OG kush just Diesel with a different name. The strain has never touched the ground of India, or the Kush mtns.

I had a couple and each harvest seems to be fire..I got nothing but good to say about cali connection and Im growing out 5 strains at the moment..I harvested tahoe and deadhead og both are fire but tahoe blows anything out of the water honestly!

LMMFAO!!You obviously dont know cali connection then..They been working on strains for years and been testing them for years they are now releasing them...

What strain cali connect got besides deadhead og that is cross bred with chem 91????Please do tell because this is new to me!!

No im sorry its not they are all basically hybrids of chemdawg..Actuallly diesel is also a hybrid of chemdawg.Og kush has old world paki kush x lemon thai crossed to chem to make it a Og kush..
 
og kush deserves everything you hear about it.... some are better then others....... tahoe seems to be were its at.... but if the og kush didnt do it for you.... let me reccamend some pre 98 bubba kush will put ur dick in the dirt...... im smoking some platnum bubba now and its pretty dank but i much prefer the pure bubba kush.... also look into a strain by a "pollin chucker" by the name of b.o.g. look for his sourbubble..... good luck finding them cuzz they sell out soo fucking fast low yield but the upmost quality....
