Looking good man!
Still been plain water only?
And still running to waste?
If I may offer a suggestion and ask, what have you got on hand for a little nitrogen?
Half a handful of blood and bone meal per pot, as a top dressing under your mulch, would be the perfect thing I think.
It does heat up somewhat, but it's fine in small amount and won't smell much at all, if it's under your mulch.
It'll give your plant some extra legs too, so it doesn't fade out too soon before ripening.
They are so much more healthy and really eager to grow. Just a smidgen of nitrogen would be good about now I believe. That looks to me like all they need and that's a really great thing. And a healthy sign.
I don't know if you've heard the saying "nitrogen deficiency is the #1 sign of a healthy garden", but it's so damn true.
Great turn around man. I think you're right about where you want to be. Looks awesome.
