It is far from a done deal. I am kicking this shit around pretty good. The neighborhood has to be right and the price has to be right. I am not financing shit. The only reason I am looking at this is the thought of no house payment. I want to eliminate my stress. I have been stressed for too long.

It all depends on the neighborhood IMHO.
I had some offers, fuckers kept trying to get me higher.
I spent yesterday looking at some places. I could find the right places and I could find the right neighborhoods, just couldn't find the right places in the right neighborhoods.

I am pretty bored up here and I don't see me staying up here for too long. It isn't my style. I may keep this place and/or buy property up here, but I cannot stay up here year round. No way in hell. Maybe next spring I will just pick up condo downtown for when I want to get out of here.

condos are something ive opened my mind to: no upkeep, v few breakins, upper floors w view.
drawback: monthly association fees

I wouldn't ever tell them they don't need to know, nor do you have to tell them, BUT if they say your not allowed to, or there is a local ordinance that would make it illegal then you would get into problems legal or just kicked out.

Come to Saginaw, It's cheap you can buy a place for under <$10k and put a few thousand into it, It's actually got alot better around here lately.

Just about this time last night I was eating dinner and having a polish beer at Krzysiak House and was discussing that very same idea of Bay City/Sagnasty.
I really like Flint too. Problem is I worked at Deja Vu 20 years ago and Belle thinks that means I can get laid there any time. I told her if any of those chics have been throwing titties around for that long, I do not want to see them fuckers. That does a job on chics that just stand around for a living, could you imagine?

Ballin' GR, in a general sense, wouldn't be considered a real friendly city for MMJ.
A2 and GR do have a lot of activities, restaurants, etc...

Really I was born in GR and although I do not live there anymore it is a great city... I still visit monthly.

I agree there are cities that are more MMJ friendly, but GR has embraced the MMJ community for the most part.

That's what I say about Detroit.

I was just talking shit about Grand Rapids. I caught a fed case in UP, from a federal standpoint the UP is lumped together with the western part of the state. It is the Western District of Michigan. It is based in Grand Rapids and my attorney changed our venue to Grand Rapids to get a judge that has sentenced more reasonably toward firearm cases. Getting sentenced was my one and only time in Grand Rapids. It wasn't a very good time. lol.
