Apollo-13 BX

o.k. that's the 3rd. time I've asked you(Sub') about something, only to find it already there(bidzbay)...I have things like that happening constantly...anyway...so you do have apollo BX. my question is: can you elaborate on its development, and how it differs from the vortex?...I gather from your comments on 'short bus' phenos, that the terminatrix was a freak, and not necessarily an apollo pheno. I sure hope she pops back up in her offspring! that was a cup winner for sure!

So here is the scoop.
Vortex while my fav TGA cross does contain A-13 dom females it is much more an even combo of A-13 and SQ. We tried working with the A-13 and Black Russian creating Sputnik 1.0 and then 2.0 and even though we used a a-13 dom sputnik 1.0 male the results were less than impressive to me. Don't tell the rest of the cannabis world this though as there still yelling for more Sputnik.

I have been under attack for years by fans of my work asking me to continue my work on the A-13 and finally last year we added a new lab and had room to look for a male Vortex to work with but the first run we started 20 seeds and got 18 females so we started yet again with 40 allowing a TGA crew member to crack em all hoping he wouldnt share my female curse.
It worked and we were rewarded with an amazing Vortex male A-13 dom that literally smells of dank. The only other male plant I know of that does is Space Dude.
So we release the cross and every single female is the spiting image of A-13 down to the peper smell so we released it and it promptly sold out everywhere.

I think theres a few packs on auction but the first lot is already gone and it will be a good 60 days before I can get more on hand.

my initial confusion was that there was spacequeen listed as the father; and i thought that'd be wierd, considering you already have vortex. thanks for clearing that up. you might want to quote that for your description on bidzbay. I really love getting the details; and have passed on many strains that were probably kickass, because they just slap a fancy name and try to hide the lineage....like callin' it "big skunk great leader" when it's actually an erkel cross(lavender).

man this looks bomb...Querkles are almost done. Next time im getting this thats all there is to it...

those querkles are better than straight erkel in my book...the deep purple was popular as well....but I'm such a heavywieght now, that spacebomb, and astro queen are my baseline. by the way- astro queen is the overlooked strain of the decade! it's taken amstercruz by storm. it's a must have, if you're into impressing the shit outta' people...super fruity inhale/ ortega exhale! drooling gaga weed to be sure!..as far as the apollo goes, I'm gettin' ready to send the $$ right now. I sure hope I can find some sisters of the terminatrix. I'm running a bunch of her babies(F2,malawi,chem valley), gettin' ready for summer. I've moved all her progeny to top prioriy breeding status. these will be the base of 'cryptical development'(the operation).

well...I sent the $$ in early january...by the end of february i contacted bidzbay...a few days later it was listed as paid/sent...airmail usually doesn't take 3 wks....oh well. maybe I'll try again this fall...I was gonna' get some more j.c.2, and kaboom. it's definitely too late for this season. luckily I have a few things going...like the malawi vortex, macVsog, kali most, chem valley vortex, widow tiny, shark attack, hairband, herijuana vortex(big hit!-possible mother of the central coast crippler), the mungo jerry family(vortex/tinybomb males), jack's cleaner2, jack, s.s.h.,green crack, nepali vortex(ultra tangerine cleaner!), and cindy among others....and I'm goin' full on super sativa breeding next month. I'm not sure what went wrong with this last bidzbay order...whether it was just marked as sent, or if the envelope was confiscated or what. end result: no seeds. that's too bad. I sure did a lot of promoting on this site and on the street for bidzbay; and they'd always done me right in the past...plus they offer some of the best genetics out there...it just seems that they failed to act on this last order until I nudged them over a month after originally sending the money, and I'm still not seein' seeds.... so unfortunately, for whatever reason it was; I can no longer recommend bidzbay. they WERE my favorite.

Yep. A13 BX is in my top 3 sativa list. Eldorado from Nirvana/Sativa Seeds is currently at the top. I'm crossing Eldo to A13 BX this summer for what I expect to be a killer cross. Old skool sativa from the Eldo and fast finishing from the A13. Muy Beuno, Eh?
