Hi. I'm 2 weeks into flip and I have a few aphids.
Will hot pepper spray work?
Any other ways to get rid of them other then chemicals?

TBH aphids are a tough nut without the use of stuff you aren't allowing. Know that when you see them on your plants you often have a large infestation in the roots. You may wanna put some yellow sticky traps on the soil to see whats up.

Ladybugs eat aphids but they also like to die in the lights lol.

Some people like Orthene. I use imidacloprid, one and done.

If you go to your local nursery I bet you could find a little pot of sweet clover there and in that pot will definitely be some pirate bugs, then just put that pot in your grow room and your grow room will be free of all above ground pests in a week. Pirate bugs are pure killers ,you only need 3 or 4 of them in a 100 sf area to keep you garden free of every pest that could harm a cannabis plant. Why, because while they may only kill and eat up to 20 bugs and larvae a day, they will also purposely kill some 50 more each day, and they do that just to kill them.

Pirate bugs are omnivores and will feed on your vascular sap so definitely only a few...

Pyrethrum (active ingredient Pyrethrin). Not "Permethrin", which is the synthetic equivalent. If you live in the states you could probably have it within 24hrs, lol.

That's interesting, never heard of them. You said that last part like it was the reason/inspiration for your user name. Hah.

I would highly recommend against ladybirds ladybugs or their larvae

Chrysopa larvea will go to town right away and have a decent span if time that they predate on aphids.

Ive heard atheta will also predate, i have never seen this.

Also aphids are affected by grandevo, botanigaurd wp, pfr90, first few weeks is fine. And all OMRI as well as harvest day safe
