Ok the new driver arrived and i reconnected some cob holders just to be sure and its working beautifully.
anything wring with this?

only thing im not sure about is the distance you have these from the tips of plants.

With no reflectors or lenses you shouldn't have a problem unless you transfer plants from low intensity to full intensity suddenly. I start them far away though (in an enclosed chamber with reflective walls right up to the plants), 3' at first, and they grow up to the light. When they get about a foot away from it some bleaching does occur though. I just cut back the parts that get too high. So 3' is my suggestion.

Oh and i have to thank Cutter electronics for being so helpful..Idoubt some other distributers would care less if a drivers not working.

So it was defective huh? Remind me not to buy stuff from Cutter.

no it might have been my fault so rewired it but he gave me a new one anyway. he says the driver is working fine where he is...i had a few bad connections that may have been the cause. I wouldnt recomend anyone else besides cutter. overnight delivery for a new driver replacement.
