Anything new going on in Rhode island

yea so i was just wondering if theres anything going on with rhode island. I know a few years back they made it so you can posess marijuana but they dont have any dispensaries.

hes a constable aka part of law enforcement.. me personally i dont care if your affiliated by just your 'very good friend' being a cop.. the law is the law.. its a very fine line.. so in closing i suggest stay far away from that guy.. He IS LAW ENFORCEMENT. He has a very bait and switch M.O.
