Anyone water like this before?

I started a specific watering routine when my plant started flower 4 weeks ago and it seems to really like it. I am growing a nirvana wonder woman under an led in promix HP with 25% added vermiculite so it drains extremely well. I am growing in about 4 gallons of medium and I water with 2gallons plain pH first then follow that up with 2 gallons of nutrient water.This is keeping my salt build up in check as well as causing a mini flush with each watering. The plant is extremely happy with this and I was just curious if any of the pros had opinions about it.

i think it's a little excessive, but if it's working for you, keep it up.
i would just water with plain nuted water till you get about 10% run off each time, and every third or fourth time i would water with 1/4 strength nutes till you get a good amount of run off. that ought to be sufficient to keep salts from building up.
but, if you're getting results you're happy with, keep on rockin' in the free world

Yep i know lots of people that do that an i also do it that way
