As the price of quality cannabis continues to drop due to medical states and overall legalization efforts coast to coast growers still hanging on are looking for the most bang for buck products they can get. Equipment like bulbs, nutrients, and mediums are the consumables we have to buy on a constant basis. They are our second most pricey expense after the electric bills come in the mail. The days of who cares if its 100- 300$ a gallon are wayyy over for me. Its starting to really affect my bottom line. All nutes work. Why not go for the least expensive? Thats my attitude anyways. Ive used them all. All you noobs and 1 to 5 year growers get caught up too much in brands and hype. I have tried just about everything. It all works if u know what ur doing. I just read Oregon just made 11 million the first week in recreational sales. This whole deal is coming to a close for us small timers. It was a hell of a run though.Iam squeezing the last bit out of it before its 300$ a pound at any store (and if you think the big conglomerate companies that are ready and waiting for the green light cant grow super top shelf youre delusional).Iam trying to get it done cheap as possible just shy of going full time outdoors!!!!

Don't go with mbferts.com, I ordered 5 products from them and only 4 came in. I emailed them about there mistake of not sending me what I paid for and they spat in my face. There an untrustworthy nutrients dealer. The Stretch Stopper I ordered and paid for never came in the mail, a value of $30. They refused to correct there mistake and called me liar. I'll stick with bulk of it means I don't have to deal with there I professionalism and it was all over a $30 Stretch Stopper, what business does that. It would have been so easy for them to own there mistake.

When it comes to folks like Advanced Shysters, you people will never learn. Stay away from "cannabis specific" vendors.

I still dont know how ppl argue about nutrients and $$. No nutrients are that expensive when u look at cost input to output. Nutrients are a small fraction of any costs in a garden. I find the more money and time u spend on ur gardens the better off you are. Ive run many many of the bottled nutrients and powdered forms and I find that you get what you pay for in regards not only to quality but to yield and overall plant quality.

And i am a firm believer that anyone who bashes high priced nutrients that are MJ specific either dont have the money to pay for good quality nutrients, or they are too cheap to try them, or they dont know what they r doing and fck up feedings and get bad results and blame the nutrients for their downfalls.

Dyna-gro doesnt hold a candle to Canna, AN or H&G and if u wanna go cheap on nutrients the best bang for your buck is either Botanicare (my personal favorite) or u can go with Gen Organica 3 part w additives and amendments and it will outperform anything you get using Dyna-gro.

I know everyone on here is gonna argue but its a fact and I know for sure they have never spent the $$ on high quality nutrients but wanna argue about how they r "watered down" and "over-priced" which I have never found to be the case at all.
If you think that cannabis is so unique as to have need or want a marijuana specific nutrient.....your falling for marketing hype bullshit rite out the gate. Cannabis is a very basic c3 plant. It will thrive under a myriad of nutrient profiles. At best cannabis needs a "ballpark" nutrient profile. Anyone that tells you otherwise is full of shit and might be trying to sell you something.

You hit the nail on the head here. Cannabis is no more unique than potatoes or tomatoes.

I've never ordered from mbferts but I know I never will after I asked him a question (what was in the MAG supplement he sells) and he replied with a long-winded sales pitch about why his product was better than the big brand (and then misquoted the ingredients of other brand's product) and never answered my question. When I replied asking why he avoided answering the question and instead lied about a competing company's ingredients he got angry and offensive.
