Anyone Used This Site Before?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THIS GUY IS A FRAUD!!! I feel it necessary to make it public what people have to look forward to when ordering from this company and therefore I am posting all correspondence with him.
Quick run down:
I placed a order, paid for it via COD as per his request, which I thought was a good idea because he was a new supplier. After discovering that a few pieces were defective and a few items were missing I contacted him via e-mail not thinking there would be any issues sending back the bad for replacement and getting the missing pieces shipped out. This was not the case. Below is all correspondence to date: Note: this order was placed Nov. 2011.

We received your order last week and while checking it in, noticed a few pieces were missing and a few of them were unusable. Now that our opening week is over with, I have time to let you know and get this fixed.
The Monkey pipe (not bubbler) has something covering the design that looks like dirt and a smudged finish. We have attempted to clean it off but it looks as if it is in the finishing of the glass. It’s as if someone grabbed it with dirty, mechanic hands or something prior to being done. And we only received one not two. This will be listed in the missing items also.
The standard double chamber bubbler- this has a bubble on the bottom that will not allow it to stand up, making it impossible to use.
2 of the chillums have such small holes that they are barely open. We can barely fit a straight pin through them. These will not sell. However, you did send me one extra by mistake. So, I just need one.
1 of the firtz hammers has a large glass string on the inside just in front of the mouthpiece, but I am going to attempt to sell this anyway.
Missing Items-
2- BG 2.5 inside out (ordered 4, got 2)
2- V 3″ Gold inside out (ordered 3, got 1)
1- Monkey Pipe (ordered 2 got 1…which was defective) & it looks slightly different than the ones shown, but I can’t find the other image any longer.
2- Mini Silver blue fummed pipe (ordered 2 received 0)
1- US – 6 Heavy twisted pipe (ordered 1 received 0)
1- MYA 1 IO pipes did not receive any.
I ordered 65 pcs. not including the glass screens. 5 pcs. you cancelled leaving a order for 60 pcs plus glass screens. I only received 51 pieces plus the glass screens and including the accidental extra chillum.
Also, would it be possible to replace the 2 monkey pipes with 3 glass blunts instead? I did not see the glass blunts before or would have ordered them.
Are you expecting to get a new shipment in? I see that a lot of what was showing prior is no longer there and am hoping you are awaiting more merchandise to come in soon. I am planning another order with you, but would like to wait until you have more products back in stock. This order will be placed within the next 1-2 weeks, but I would like these missing defective items as soon as possible. Please let me know what you want me to do with these defective pieces as well.

i m sorry that kind merchandeise from india so we can t do any thing about it. bubbler have to take in hand it s don t need to stand any way. second thing s i m packing by my self wwehere those pieces gone was box open when you recived if you did complain to ups let me know the complain nr bcose i have insurance on it. if you didn t complain it s your fault i can t do nothing now otherweise ups had to pay. about glass screen s minimum order is small packing 200 pieces bcose we can t sit and counting for ur requirement we are whole saller and you told me you can a buy a later in large quanity. for you a better plz buy local so you can sea what are you buying any way thank s and good luck for your bussiness.” – Mohommed

The box was not opened or re-taped. There were missing pieces in the shipment, a mistake has been made. And bubblers need to stand up so that the water does not leak when it is set down momentarily. Same as pipes. I have never ordered bubblers that did not stand… from anywhere, that is not a acceptable excuse bubblers are supposed to stand, and is why ALL of the others do. As far as the missing pieces it appears that the # of items were off based on what was received. I understand about the glass screens, that is not a issue. I am currently working on a $2000+ order to be placed but I would like assurance that what is ordered we will receive and in good condition. Some of the pieces we didn’t even receive. I had no reason to complain to UPS, as there was no sign of anything being tampered with. And if you can not stand behind your products, I can not resell defective merchandise. I will not be able to do further business with your company if this is the way you do business. I will need to return defective merchandise for refund and would like to be refunded for merchandise that was not received or you need to send it out along with replacements for defective merchandise please. I have ordered many times from India, having very few issues with quality however, some of this merchandise was not checked for quality.
Please let me know which route you would like to take, refund or shipping out pieces. In the instance of refund, please send call tag to return defective merchandise for that refund.

What do you mean you don’t trust me? I have done nothing. I placed a order and paid for it. I waited, received the shipment and contacted you with the issues that were at hand. I have advised you that I will send back defective merchandise and gave you the benefit of the doubt about other pieces and was waiting for your merchandise selection to come back up because we have $2.000+ that needs to be ordered. We were already at $753 from your company and that is why we were asking you about your inventory.
If anything, we should be the ones with trust issues. We paid for defective items and items that were never received and you refuse to send them out. I am sorry that you feel this way. As for the replacement items, those you don’t have to send until you get the pieces back from us. We would not expect for you to do that. However, the pieces that were missing? Really? Those were missing so why wouldn’t you send those out? Your emails make us not trust you. If we send back the defective pieces who’s to say you will send us the replacements? Then we would be shorted even more pieces. That wouldn’t be a very good business move.” – Me

You are a fraud. You are something else. There was NOTHING wrong with our money order. Please take me to court! PLEASE!!! Nice try! I will be reporting you to the BBB and many other places if you don’t fix this issue. Now, what you are doing is breaking the law and unlike you, I can file suit. CALL THE POLICE!!! You can email it to me, you have all the information you need. The police know where we are located. Like I said…it’s a small town.
I want to see where B of A said that it was counterfeit. Show me proof. They would have sent you proof, not kept it. I have been in the industry…I know the procedures very well. Also, as far as your bank calling the police, banks do not call the police, that is up to you. Banks call the police when counterfeit currency comes through the bank. Again, nice try. Also, I have contacted the police and they have nothing on this “supposed case”. You are full of false accusations and statements. Maybe you should teach yourself a little about what you are claiming before you run your mouth about it. I believe the saying goes: Your mouth is writing checks that your ass can’t cash!
You and your company are fraudulent. I never knew that missing a few pieces and needing to return defective merchandise for new merchandise would ever be such a hassle. I could understand if I wanted you to send me out new merchandise and I wasn’t going to send you the bad stuff, but you had a excuse for it all. BAD BUSINESS! Bubblers don’t stand. HA!!! Chillums aren’t supposed to have holes either, right? WRONG. I don’t think you would find anyone that would believe that crap and if you do…they are as unintelligent as you are.
So, please send me the pieces that you did not send. I will not be returning the defective merchandise because I know that you will not replace it. But I do expect to have the pieces that I paid for all in good condition, which I do not. And as I said before…If you do not, I will make sure to post every where that I can exactly what your business practices are. Americans don’t like shady business. We don’t appreciate wasting our time with trashy business practices and unorthodox claims full of LIES.

Regardless, he refuses to replace them. So, as I promised, I am posting my experience with this company every place that I can to help you avoid the same mistakes that I made. Sorry, it’s hard to follow between all the e-mails but I hope this helps!

nice... that really sucks. not going to lie a lot of business in southern california is realllyyyy shady. especially with stuff like this.

not saying that everyone is, I would never even live near most of the complete dirt bags in LA area.
