i place and order close to 1000$ in may, they finally offering me the '' 30 days refund '' in early August and i realize the scheme at this moment looking reviews on google. What a bunch of &*?%*).. hope they end up in jail, on other hand why VISA still taking payment for those crook and why in the world nobody can't stop the scam ??

Not at all. The folks at Coastal Mary's Seed had a thread going about 2 months ago asking What you would like to see from a seed Bank. They asked for input on their navigation about their site. In return, free beans. Shipping was a breeze and they have some very interesting strains being from Canada.
they do actually, but not this specific person they can indeed recommend people thats a far cry from advertising. the op asked for a specific bank

Yeah we are. We're allowed to post threads and talk in the comments. Did run ads but ended those.
@420 Garden helped us out in a thread when we first joined up here. We had a thread asking for advice and he took the time to respond so we sent him some seeds.

correct but the person specifically asked for a canadian seed bank different from indoor growing.ca so it opens the discussion see where we going with this?
