Anyone use any of these pre-made panels?

Bought one from lowes and one from Costco to put up in my garage. Any good for a veg room or will they be too powerful? I imagine if I place one at about 4' it would give good overall coverage and not be too wasteful for a 2 x 4 space?

I have two of the latter mounted in the garage for work lights on an 8' ceiling and they are bright as shit for working.

Standard T5's would be more efficient, but those have the advantage of being directional and not replacing lamps.

I think you would be better served by LED strip lights from ebay. Same technology.

Thanks. Was just wondering cause I had em on hand. I have a bunch of strip lights and drivers and dimmers as well. I will prolly just put these up in the shop as I'd planned.
