Since I was an asshole and answered yes to your non question, I will say that the only reason I've used h202 in coco is when I was suspecting a root rot issue and wanted to curb it before my crop was finished. Other than that you don't need it, do not get it for oxygen supplementation. The best thing you can do is set your pants up to drain after watering and use water displacement to provide more oxygen. Every time you water the plant the water fills the air gaps between the coco and then drains out. This forces fresh air into the root zone as water drains out of the root zone and displaces the air that was there previously. Good luck man.
