Anyone see this mutation before?

Idk why but I've been getting some weird mutations lately first the two headed one now this one that I thought was going to be two headed also but ended up joined leaves. It's a csi death row freebie just thought it looks cool.

Cool, wonder if its going to keep growing them or if its just a one off,
Kinda got a hydra look to it!

I've seen alot of mutations but most of the time they go away as the plant grows

Yeah ... very often they will throw a weird leaf or two when they first get going.
