Mr I Can Do That For Half
They seem healthy but small and lacking bulk compared to HID lighting at 6 weeks. At 6 weeks in aero its about harvest time but buds would be way bigger and fuller. I think leds have a place and may get better but I have yet to see any led grow come close to HID lighting. I do love new induction and plasma lighting though. I would say a single 600 watt digital hps with good hood would out do this by far. Im not a fan of 1000 watters myself as I find 600 watters in a 4x4 tent or 3 in a 4x8 tent out door 1000 watters and dont have any heat issues.

have you grown those same strains with same veg time and same training method in the same environment? growing with hps and aero will produce lower quality chemy buds anyway. There's no such thing as organic hydro no matter what the nutrient snake oil companies claim . they all lie.

hahaha ya beat me to it hyroot, im not going for yield here, more for high quality organic bud and heat is definitely not an issue with the leds

ok so I started my 7th week of flower and am totally impressed, way more resin production with this strain than when using HID and they have bulked up WAY more than expected, had to add some extra supports as 2 of the collas have fallen over due to weight:lol:,,,,,pics coming later today

ok here she is, day 43. I am still amazed at how well this grow is turning out, the colas are as dense as any HID grow I have ever done, solid from top to bottom, the colas are between 12" and 16" so the LEDS are penetrating atleast that far. im looking at 13 more days if she finishes same as the last time I grew the CCS day 56, I will definantly be posting harvest pics and finnish dry weight.....agin this is my firs attempt at the LEDS so im hopping for some feedback from experienced LED users, if this grow looks comparable to grows with the higher end lights or not?01.jpg02.jpg03.jpg04.jpg05.jpg06.jpg07.jpg08.jpg09.jpg

Im Hoping to get similar results as you. If anything buy another vipar but 180w. and Yea i did my SS from scratch. Hardest thing to find in my area were the worm castings. and the humic acid tho. i think next time i'll get the charge pack

hahaha, hey guys, sorry I got alittle buissy so here is the final word on the vipar LEDS.

critical sensi star, in pre bagged tga super soil and 7gal smart pot main lined to 8, veged for 36 days flowered for 63 under 2 x 400w vipar LEDs ( ebay $199 each ) actual power draw 246w each.
total weight was 142grams dried just over 5 zips , the colas are huge, sticky, sweet buds. not quit nugbuckets oz per gallon of medium but im trying LOL. this was my first attempt with leds so I not sure what to expect and don't have anything to compare to ( other led grows ) but all and all I think they performed well. here are some pics at harvest time
