Anyone ordered from Substrate Genetics?

Ya I'm pretty sick of trying to actually get what I ordered...I wish they weren't the only seed bank that had full packs of otm for a reasonable price. They can be like this that's fine...I'll enjoy telling people the truth about their seedbank
I did like the stock they had too, and I like the hunt digging thru these ihg packs, but il have to get them elsewhere even if sub pops back up....Ihg and sub both promote the nextlight..both have some haters snitching...is ihg and sub alot closer than we all think ? Idk maybe, drama definitely follows ihg and there squad that's all I know

Ya I have no clue how close those those two are... it just amazes me how they think they can pull this and make a comeback ...they're gonna have people all over the internet talking about their terrible experience with sub...that's not good for business.

I contacted mosca on ig before substrate created their new ig...They looked into it and assured me they (sub) would take care of it....I have a feeling sub talks a big game to the breeders and they don't know what's really goin on

Here is an Update of our Conversation Today:

They just replied again (while writing this post) with the same answer (same as the screenshot above). I keep asking if they got a chance to read my other SMS/Text Messages, and I get the same response...

I wrote them a bunch of very VERY detailed SMS/Text Messages with lots of questions and information, and this is all they'll reply with?

I am officially creeped out.

I'm not going to try to contact them again.

I am all about giving people the benefit of the doubt, but how do you explain this?

It's not like I wrote them these messages days ago and they archived them. These were sent within the last 24 hours. They only reply with a question and they won't answer questions.

That's it...

man this whole ghost in the machine charade substrate is playing out is too weird for me to fathom, it only sets off alarm bells in every direction to steer clear of that group, its just another bank thats gone south...its evolution, by friday if no beans in the mail from substrate its the end of it for me, regardless whether they come or not im finished with that group

Ya I might prefer to try and sort it out with mosca...I don't even know if I feel comfortable giving this place my information again. Might just make sure others know how effing shady these folks are.

I'm just glad I have 6-7 in house Fem packs stocked up, I'm thru for a while with the drama til dankteam is stocked up, not messing with these rookie banks poppin up getting promoted by ihg, got 3 pks animal pie from substrate on my only order from them , with no freebie...that's when I felt they was barely scrapin bye , i was done then.

the number you have is not their number , this is a scam, sub already said that couple of time , the only wy ton contact him is by mail or ig

I understand what you're saying, but this is the official number attached to their business on many different business listings, emails, and registrations from the past.

This was the phone number on their website for a long time.

Here, I did a quick search for:

"substrategenetics.com" phone

And of course Google's cache's still have an old copy of the Substrate Genetics site. But you can see the number there. I've used this number in the past.

I want to believe everything is okay. I have used their site and received my orders in the past. I was happy when they were up and running. Rooty was really cool with me.

All I'm saying is that this is all weird. I've tried to contact him a dozen different ways and haven't received any information that convinced me it was him (or that I was safe).

I don't get how his phone number got hacked or why it's now linked to a scam...

Why weren't we told this stuff right away?

Or in a timely manner?

I will try to contact him again through IG and email. I have tried everyday since the site went down and had no luck. Different emails, different numbers, etc. None of them have worked for me...

I know for a fact it's definitely not Rooty/Sub answering me through SMS/Text Messages.

But how did they get the number and why are they saying this:

I get what you're saying about the scam.

But Who, What, Where, When, How, Why is what everyone wants to know.

I just don't understand.

I'm not sure why Rooty had that phone number on his website. Long before all this drama went down, Rooty posted not to use that number. He said it had been hacked and he didn't know who had the number but it was a scam. Who leaves a hacked number on their website? Weird situation...

I had two orders come in about a week before all this went down. Feel bad for everybody who lost out here...

I didn't know that. But still, you can understand where I'm coming from right (kinda)?

I searched and found a bunch of posts (elsewhere) that specifically state not to use that phone number as well. That's the number I've always had and used. I never was told not to use it until today.

Does anyone know of new/working number for them? And if there isn't one, why? Shouldn't there be a number so customers having issues can call? I would think he'd have a new number posted everywhere so he could explain what happened to the people caught in the crossfire of this disaster.

If it was me, I'd go out of my way to make sure that anyone could contact me.

I'd sign up for a new email address immediately, get a new phone number and open a thread on every forum with a good explanation so my customers could have a place to go and ask questions.

This would be a whole bunch of coincidences if there is really nothing wrong...
