i have 2 Apartments available for rent in the North side of Providence area right off admiral st.. obviously you will be able to grow or i wouldnt be posting here..they are 1st and 2nd floor apts both newly renovated with new floors, stove, fridge, ect.. if anyone is interested feel free to PM me.. Month-To-Month lease

When you put your email in a thread, do it in a way that its skewed so robots can't harvest email and add you to their spam list.

its a 3unit house.. the first 2 floors will be rented out and i will be keeping the 3rd floor for myself.. its either going to be vacant or ill be in the 3rd floor.. havent decided yet.. but yes for the most part it will pretty much be a 2 unit because the 3rd will never be rented out to the public..
