Where are these on the plant and are you giving calcium?

This was toward the lower portion of the plant I havent since I'm in soil running tap water that is ph to 6.3 havent had a problem just fed them
Last night and added cal mag to see if it gets better. Just strange that it is on random leafs. Looked like it was bugs but I've spent so much time looking for them and shaking them onto white paper and water bowls...

That plant is just entering flowering at week 6 above ground critical purple autoflower
