I worry about stuff like that too, I even installed out swinging industrial doors on my house lol. However, not having a license wouldn't make me feel any better though, in fact the opposite actually.

I never imagined things going this way....I was so low key and work all the time...

I have not given up all hope.....I'm considering turning the green house into a shed...or a place to grow vegi's
It was a big investment for nothing...
but maybe I can move back indoors and do a room in there,,,,oh and get a FAC

So went through this thread because this count question interests me from a legal perspective if I ever get pinched. Not that it'll reduce my count, doesn't really matter since I'll never register. But, I'd like to have several arguments available for my lawyer if needed. You know, besides the overriding right to grow/access my own meds which was already established at the highest court

To me, depending on some HC employee telling you something over the phone is bull-shit and the last thing I'd count on if I were registered. I've yet to see a definition in the ACMPR documentation so the question has not been answered and open to interpretation imo.
