So I have a small tent 1.2mx1.2x2
And right now my humidity is 75 if I add the dehumidifier it easily comes down but temp goes too high I knew I would have this problem but not sure what's the best way to solve it is was thinking of keeping it in the tent and making a duct from the out take of the dehumidifier to outside the tent or should I keep it outside the tent and hook up duct to the input of the dehumidifier I have a tent in a room i extract into that room and the input comes from an open window with covers over the top any help would be much appreciated thanks

Can you just run the dehumidifier in the room the tent is in and do it that way? I grow in a whole bedroom exhausting through my wall into the hallway and I use the dehumidifier in my kitchen.

Outside the tent is the way to go. Fresh air inside should be constantly exchanged with the room anyway.

Yeah I have an intake bringing cold air in and an extraction on the opposite side of the tent at the top I extract into my room and bring in cold air from outside also have a big fan on speed 3 over the plants one of the big rotating ones but I have it still and I have a clip on fan where the input is think I will do what you said and attach it from the outside hopefully when I do a scrog there will be plenty of space for the hot air to go where as of now there's no space in the tent left

That's what I tried but it let's off too much heat that's why I was going to have it in the tent but extract the hot air out of the tent or have it outside and connect the input of the dehumidifier to a connection on the tent

Sorry got confused no I can't run it in the room the tents in coz I only extract air into there the air that comes into my tent is from an open window I can feel the cold air coming in just wasn't sure what would be the best setup I can see them both working buy was hoping someone might of pointed out the most efficient way

Where do you live that humidity is 75%, this seems quite high, above 70 % and stuff starts to mold in my house. Rainforest and tropics are like %75, wouldnt one of those strains be better if by chance you do live in a rainforest...

I live in a climate where humidity is relatively low, yet the humidity can rise to 80+ in my home from plants growing inside. If you've grown a lot of plants inside it would make sense.
