Anyone Have Any Negatives About Actinovate?

I know it is kinda pricey! That is why I am asking before I spend the money. Also if I use it before mildew or mold starts will it work as a preventive measure to keep mildew and mold away? I am new to all of this but what I have read so far this seems to be a really good product.
So anyone use it? And what do You think? T/Y!
