Anyone grow any KC Brains strains?

yaeh just 12-15€^^ As long as you don't order from shayanashop.com everything is fine^^ I recomend KC36 for indoors... I'am growing 1 KC33 out of ten beans eith a bunch of Sknuk#1 but usually KC beans are fine, just don't fucking order them or better not any beans at shayanashop.com they will send you any seeds not the one's you order and they sometimes send very old seeds wich are very slow or don't geminate at all...

Sorry wish you would have read the forums before ordering, so far, no one has given me a positive report on KC Brains and they are probably dead last for companies I would order from. I would use bagseed first.
If you could cancel your order I would try.

I don't agree usually KC beans are fine... I know people very happy with them and for example my KC33 I really like much more than my Skunk#1, that 9 of 10 didn't start to grow I don't know exactly what happend but I guess beans was fucking old 'couse the one wich is growing was 21 days germinating, and so it was the shops fault not KC

I have been very happy with the Swiss XT from KC. 100% germ rate 60% female. Very easy to clone, easy to control height from clones. Nice clean up high. I hear a lot of people knocking them, but I am good with them.

Have you gotten bad beans yourself or is this second hand knowledge? I know they've won some cups.

Oh no you caught me, it was my cousin's girlfriends' brother that heard from someone at work.
Why don't you get some first hand knowledge of the crap seeds they are and come back when you know how to answer the question properly.

It's a matter of where you buy the KC seeds, if the shop sends you fucking old seeds for shure they are not good any more.
Some shops buy big quantity couse they are cheap and they get them even more cheap if they buy more, so sometimes they don't sell them fast and they still sell them even if they have a couple of years... it's usually not KC's fault... For shure Sensi Seeds are better^^ And Nirvana seeds if you order them directly from nirvana are a safe thing 'couse they will not send you old seeds...
KC just sells to shops, so there's no safe way too buy them unless you have a shop that you can trust, I recommend www.hemcy.at, GOOD SERVICE, FAST SHIPMENT, LOTS OF DIFFERENT SEEDS, LOW PRICES, and before seeds get too old they make special offers and if they still don't sell them they give them away as freebies with big orders... Everyone from our German Forum who has bought there is very happy whith the service, me too!

imo kc do some good strains and some bad ones but they are a budget company so fair enough you get what you pay for. also the amount of time the company has been around they must be doing something right. afghani special is very stable and good producer. i dont/wouldnt grow kc now but for new growers they are a good starting point. no point wasting loadsa bucks on some seeds that your probably going to kill anyway lol. get a coupla grows under your belt with kc/nirvana etc then when you can read a plant properly go onto the big boys. i started with nirvana nl5xbb and ak48 , not the best yield ever but had some good weed i paid naff all for so i was happy.

pmt m8? you seem to be a bit down m8 try prozac and maybe lay off the bagseed weed for a bit instead of coming on here chewin peoples ears off. you gave me shit in another thread then i come in here and your giving someone else shit. is this all you do? have you actually got the time to grow weed in between putting people down?

shame some people feel the need to impose theyre opinion on people . i will always give my opinion if someone doesnt want to listen thats fine but it kinda makes people not want to listen when you start straight off on the offensive. i'm just on here to pick up new things and help a few people along the way. plus i'm moving to canada next year so need to get a handle on how things work over there. seems to me like the standard of indoor growing is dramatically different between here and the usa/can growers. you guys outdoor grows rock but seems a bit of work is needed on the indoor stuff.
i think a lot of the problems stem from a slight stubornness and inability to take positive criticism on board without getting all riled up! anyone can grow a plant but to grow it to its full potential takes a bit more

you know, when I first started reading this site more I'd see la9 going at it in some threads and I'd think "wow, what a dick". but as I stuck round and learned a little more about how things really work I came to realize that he was usually spot on about all of the advice.
I think some people just have a confrontational personality, and it might not even be outwardly apparent, but something about the energy makes others want to argue with them.
Overall what I have seen is la9 try to save alot of people time/money/effort and not make bad decisions when it comes to their grow. Afterall, if you are going to do something you might as well do it right.
But, what works for people is how it'll get done, and no one is any less for taking another route. As long as the grow is enjoyable and expectations are not too high one can have alot of fun with their first grows without breaking the bank and striving for ultimate perfection.
Although, once the bug hits that thirst for knowledge and a perfect setup never really does go away.
And to chime in on the subject, of all the forums I read (which is quite a few) KC Brains gets pretty low reviews and people vowing to never go back to them.

im not gonna jump into the shitstorm, but will add my opinion from my experience... i have bought ONE kcbrains strain ONE time... that was enough to put me off of their company.... i ordered from drchronic... 10pk of kc's nl.... only 2/10 germed
... one was male; the remaining female plant was from the begining, the ugliest little runt i had growing.... she never amounted to much, never looked normal, and never impressed me.
the rest of the grow was fine (ams from greenhouse), and produced good smoke..
i have heard/seen good grows with some of their strains, even the nl.... but i as a customer was scared away from them... i think they are so cheap because they are a gamble.... i'd rather grow a bagseed than to waste $20 on useless beans

I agree gr8fulG. I've been looking through this and other worldwideweed sites and I just don't see a consensus that KCB is "bad". I've seen some people bitch (often about the vedor, not KCB). I've seen quite a bit of GOOD stuff about KC33 for instance. kind of like the news, if everything goes well, it's not news. The seeds are inexpensive and they have won some cups. I can defiantly see why people might be suspicious. In the US the predominant mode of operation is inexpensive=cheap=bad. That's just buying the corporate line. I don't need a ROLEX to tell the time.
