Anyone familiar with the change process from THC to CBD/CBN when heated?

So i decarb at 250f for 30 min to activate the THC before making Oil. I read that 270 for 60 minutes can activate CBD and 290 for 90 minutes activates CBN. Now will the heat change THC to these or will the higher/longer heat only activate the values of those noids in the strain? I want to make some side oil specifically for body pain and some for sleep aside from my normal oil, but don't particularly have CBD rich strains.
