Anyone ever try this????

I had a thought, here in MI the air is quite dry during the Winter months and I find myself having to run a little Humidifier. Has anyone ever put a little nutrients in the water that goes into the Humidifier? Kinda like Foliar feeding...sort of....

Any thoughts?

I found that anything other then RO water in my humidifiers causes excess salt real quick in the humidifier and then its pretty much junk.

Thanks BBC, that was sort of my concern. Build up of some sort clogging the Humidifier

NP. Cool mist humidifiers might be OK or maybe last longer, but I did and it turned the insides nasty real quick. I prefer just to have plain moisture in the air, which is what they need the most anyway.
