Anyone ever had freebies outperform their regular order?

I had a Kandy Kush freebie and a Sleeskunk freebie in the same order that were much better than the Berry Bomb or AK48 I ordered. Years ago from Herbies'.

Of all the strains I've grown and sampled AK48 was the least useful, not even my rabbits liked it, piece of shit genetics, waste of time.

freebies are not necessarily subpar. I've received cup winners for free, chemdogs too. all kinds of awesome beans.

Breeders don't generally put crap out for freebies. They want you to buy their beans. And Bodhi sometimes having pace for pack freebies you can choose. Love freebies.

Some of my favorite plants were freebies.

My 2 cents worth, if i may, any freebies ive got, i wouldnt pick myself, usually stock that isnt moving , or they know the germ rate is crap
I got 1 lot of 4 seeds, all different, 3 Photos & 1 Auto.....all in the same vile, WTF.......whats what, i complained & was told , sum growers like surprises..........well i like to know what ive got

Dont get sucked in with freebie offers, just concerntrate on what you want, IMO

Recent freebies for me have been Bodhi The Fuzz, Lemon Lotus, Appalachian super Skunk, Cobra Lips and Peak Seeds BC will send bonus seeds of regular stock for sending cash.

I may change when I order for certain freebie offers and several banks let you pick your own. Most times, mine come in breeder packs. To me freebies are just an ad tool or a loss leader. Promos are promos! I will not whine when I get anything of value for nothing.

Having said all that. There are some banks that are far better for freebies than others.
