Anyone ever grow under stairs, How did you use the space?

Hi,
Anyone ever grow under stairs, How did you use the space?
I have a space I found, and lucky for me it exposed a vertical chase to run my 3" duct to a fan in the attic.
that was a big problem till I exposed the under stair area, lucky me!
my situation:
the concrete is exposed, the insulation is exposed on the sides and the stairs in the middle.
about 36"x36"x48" at highest point.
I think close up the walls with Sheetrock and build a box from 1/2" MDF to house a clone zone or a Mother.


open to all opinions and suggestions!

under stairs seems sketchy unless you got a good house.. mine is moldy/mildew ridden.. could work but really its just nasty and lots of spiders and bugs..

bug bomb with pyrethium tr bomb..

put up white plastic, seal it in besides exhaust unless your running just a few t5's... then you might get by.

other then that keep it clean, and good luck
