Before you all have a petition to have me banned, let me explain
Jimmy Johns has the freshest tasting bread and the highest quality ingredients. Also, their jalapeno chips are second to none! They are a good value, and delivery took an average of 7 minutes from the time I hung up the phone. Quiznos has some very tasty sandwiches, which include the chicken carbonara. But their ingredients are not the freshest nor the highest quality. They are also very expensive! Subway is the blandest of the group, but they have so many locations and let you customize your sandwich. Most of their choices are also healthier than quiznos.
Although subway is not my favorite as far as taste and quality goes (honestly, how could it lol) I have eaten subway far more than I have eaten quiznos and jimmy johns combined.

1) Oven roasted chicken breast footlong on italian herbs and cheese bread (or 9-grain honey oat). TOASTED. half provolone, half swiss with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, avocado and salt and pepper. 2) Sweet onion chicken teriyaki on italian herb and cheese bread (or omega-3 bread). TOASTED. Lettuce, tomato, onions, SWEET ONION SAUCE, salt and pepper. DESSERT: 1 to 3 RASBERRY CHEESCAKE cookies. ADDED BONUS: if the girl making your sandwhich is hot.
