I'm having a problem with their extreme lack of customer service. It's been over a month since I ordered the CMH kit from them. I called them a week and a half after ordering from them, guy seemed nice and said he would box it up and ship it out to me the next day and email the tracking number.
Days go by and no tracking number. I email him and the next day he emails me back saying its boxed up and will print the labels later that day. That was on the Dec 14th. I have called and emailed him multiple times. I know its close to the holidays so I called him after boxing day and then after new years, still no answer on the business phone or reply to my emails. I even filed a dispute on paypal and no reply there.
Has anyone else dealt with this company, and if so has anyone experienced the same?
