Four weeks into my grow and still, this one plant is looking grave. Anybody know what kind of deficiency/overdose this might be?

26-45% humidity (averages around 30 but could this be the cause?)
30 ml (btwn 400 and 450 ppm) of AN Jungle Juice (2-1-5 I think) and 10 ml of 3% H2O2 in 3 gallons of water (dwc)
