Anybody know what these little holes are?

I posted this in another forum with no response, so I'm going to try hear, thanks.

Hello to all,

My girls have now been in soil for 5 days, and one of them has a small hole in the leaf. I dont know what it is. Does anybody know what it could be?

I uploaded some pics, hopefully I've done it right and you will see them!!

I wouldn't worry too much about it. They look healthy so just keep an eye on em.

you probably got some water on them which burned a hole right through. either that or some large insect is munching but you would see that.

Spandy, you got me!! @echlectia, I spray the leaves with a mist of water, is that bad? Im a noob BTW.

i wouldnt spray them especially if your using a hps light, usually you spray your clones cuz they dont have roots yet. I wouldnt recommend spraying your clones that often if you make any, you want your clones to build roots and if your constantly spraying them they think there's no need for roots.

Thanks skeeterbob, this is my first ever grow and I am growing from seed. So I shouldn't spray the little leaves with a mist of just water? Only water the seedlings directly into the soil? I have been doing both.
