Anybody had a weird seedling like this ?

One of my 10 seedlings was mutated like this, I’m gonna grow it out for fun just wondering if will continue to grow odd or turn into a normal plant ?

I have a little weirdo going right now too. image.jpg
It started similar to yours. It has two extra leaves that grow out of all the fan leaves in the middle. I think it’s cool.
I think it’s a girl too... maybe a super potent mutant

Hoping it doesn’t grow Buds and just grows a single gigantic trichrome. o_O

Mutants like your hoping for dont happen, mainly its a plant with super strong super stable genetics, they all grow the same more or less.

Yours looks super stressed, sort that to revert back to normal growth :-)

Yes, yes it will grow as i believe i see a normal growth tip, at some point youve damaged the apical point causing this subsequent growth.

Looks like your frying them, sort that out to sort this out :-)
Haha nah that’s how the leaf came out of the seed all twisted and crumbled looking and continued to grow that way it’s only in seed raising mix too

She has looked like that her whole life. I agree she looks that way tho. I’ve played w different feeding strengths, ph ranges, etc... idk I just let it do it’s thing

Growing just as strong and fast as her siblings

Ahh well that futhers the puzzle...

At some point in germination or seed formation the growth and apical tip got damaged leading to it never growing symetrical and normal.

I think i see a normal point forming but sometimes its too damaged and cant revert to normal growth only replicating bad.

Grow it time will tell :-)

I dont like to say but its not always obvious, anything but normal growth will have a reason.

On mutants, wiki does an exceedingly long entry on genetic mutation, far too complex and ive yet to see that stuff past films, like grow me a set of mutant orange groves with new types of oranges, mainly youll just achieve normal oranges and have to get some dna lab to offer assistance :-)

I believe radiation mutations are not desirable and come about through dnas breakdown and futher to that the damage cannot be undone at a later date.

Youll just end up with retarded plants that dont grow well :-)

Here’s a couple pics of the 7 I’ve kept, all seeds from same plant, as you can see they are growing at slightly different rates and showing signs of differrent phenos , I gave away the other 3 and I’m give away another 3 once I pick the 3 strongest and I’m keeping my mutant. Ps could be slightly overwattered atm and also what point would u start adding minimal nutes ?
