Any Seedling Advice For New Grower?

Do not compress the soil, and get the soil slightly damp before you put the cube in. You want the soil to be dark like it's holding water, but if you squeeze some between your fingers you don't want it to drip water like a rage. Maybe just spray the soil a little bit with whatever you've been spraying. During the first week or two and give the seedling small amounts of water so it can search for water and grow roots. Don't worry about runoff until she has filled the cup, usually a week or two. Depending on the soil, there will be little nutrients or lots of nutrients. More info on your soil would make it easier to help you. The cotyledon's will fuel the first week, but can continue fueling with very little nutes for the first 2-3 weeks.
Thanks for the help,
I'm using Plant Magic Soil Supreme, you can read about it here: http://www.plant-magic.co.uk/products/soil-supreme/14
people say to treat it like a "light mix", a friend recommended it, it is meant to be good stuff by all accounts.
It has the exact moisture content that you describe, dark and moist yet not soaking. I thought that compacting it would be a bad idea but just wanted to check first.

so once they are in pots and out of the prop I should bag/jar over them to maintain humidity but for how long until I remove the bag? Think that's the last of this round of questions, if somebody knows of a good video link for the potting up process a link would be great, there's just so many bad tutorials online.

Seedlings popping is one thing but a rooted plant can be damaged by a humidity dome without proper ventilation(air holes).

I would suggest a watering system if you can't be there.

don't dome anything after it sprouts, unless you want to fight against the damping off fungi.

Soil sounds good, so just wait a week or two and then start adding a minute amount of nutes. If you notice the cotyledons starting to yellow then start right away.

I don't know about videos, but just put some soil in bottom of 16oz cup (that has holes in bottom) and put the cube in and fill the cup the rest of the way. Make sure to "tuck in" all of the stem below the cotyledons with your soil. maybe leave 1/2" or 1" between cotyledon's and soil.

Next pot up just take your larger pot and fill with dirt about 1/3 of the way then put your current cup in there and put soil all around it.

wait until the day after you watered and flip over cup and gently squeeze sides and tap to release the plant/soil effortlessly (do this over a trashcan). then put the cup shaped plant/roots into the spot you just made the exact same size and fill with dirt on top. i think that's simple enough.
