Not saying anyone is trying to rip me off (although never know on the internet).. but I'm willing to pay a good amount to get a nice/new filter... very small, 4 inch. Anyone have good experience with a place? 
Any places that i can gaurantee im not getting an old carbon filter?

Check out the DIY section lots of carbon filter ideas that can be modified to fit your needs and you know 100% it's new cause you built it!!
