With all this rain, my blue widow decided to sprout roots from the branches. It's neat seeing white fuzzy roots four feet off the ground. I foliar feed quite often and wonder if that has something to do with it. The BW isn't the only one doing that, but the most prominent.

That storm mad me glad I had put these covers up although I am going to have to raise this one soon. not a bad problem. a bit of rain gets around the edges but it is only a fraction of what they would be uncovered. I like the extra measure of contoll it gives me.

Well I'm bored so I'm gonna do a little profile....

Here is an update. Things have been progressing nicely.

Pretty sure one of the blueberries was actually an MOB because it is in synch with the MOB. Regardless it is nice to see all the growing buds after doing a bunch of LST


Here is the monster Blueberry which is almost growing more than I would like...I said almost.

Mainly because there is a bit of concern that the 45 gallon pot is on the small side now that the plant is so big. Was watering everything with feed, 5 gal, once a week. Recently that has been upped a bit on the rest of the plants but this big one in the picture got that bottom branch wilt you can see in the picture above after only 2 hot sunny days since watering/ feeding. She's sucking it up in all of this great sun as of late it seems. Also the decision must be made about raising the covers or just letting it grow around the cover which it will be touching by tomorrow. Anyway, a pretty awesome plant.

And finally here are the two sativa Lemon Haze's and the mystery plant in the back which I was told was a blueberry but now I'm sure is not because it shares 0 traits with the blueberries I've seen.

This weather lately has been great and let's all hope it keeps up and we can keep the shorts and sandles out!

Thanks for the input. I guess I've just gotten a bit nervous after seeing the water uptake go up so much so quick but I'm sure things will be fine. I'm gonna take 3-4 more trees out tomorrow and maintain all that luxurious sun all day long.

The droopy branch did not bounce back, I clipped it, put it in water in case it still wants to live decided to train the plant around the cover for now, and am calling it good.....that is until 2 days pass and I need to water the big one, I'm sure will be down to every day if it stays this sunny for long.

Iv got moor indoor. Experience. I. Think next year ill. Get a biger cage. I have a hole in the midel big a nuff for me to get in to to work on them. I trimed the bottom branches so air. Could get threw them.

View attachment 2764611 This is my first grow as I just became a patient this year. I got a late start and have had these in the ground since July 1. The back three are blueberry and have flowers on the lower branches. I have done a good amount of tieing down but am gonna let them go wild for a bit. This pic was from about a week ago. I've been having a lot of fun tending my garden. I plan to cut a few trees down soon to maintain the 8 hours of sun they have been getting as the sun begins to drop towards the south.

Why do you have wood holding the cloth pots up off the ground?

Couple of reasons. I figured if the smart pots are for airation then more airflow would be better. I also noticed on the ground the bottoms were staying wet and getting slimy and algified. Slugs seemed to be attracted to the bottoms as well so it is just one step further for them to have to go.

i did a bunch of work of cutting down some trees and re configuring some pots to maximize sun. Then I got busy and didn't check on things before all that rain and left my best MOB uncovered much to my dismay. Then checking today I found mold or budrot on 8-10 places and took all related branches off maybe totaling a half of bud that had to get tossed. I was careful to sanitize the clippers and tried to be very careful. I did what I could to separate all the tops better from eachother and rigged up a cover for tonight's rain.

Im kinda bent because it is my first mistake but I'm hoping to see nothing more in the morning. otherwise it might mean taking the plant tomorrow which will be a bit early and inconvenient in general. we'll see and hope for the best.

Today was my first real test as a medical patient outdoor grower. Found more and more mold on the one mob and went surgical with tool washing and seperatation and was able to make the best of things so far. Took off 150 grams wet that seemed safe but was in jeopardy and lost about 50 grams wet which was within danger zone of beginning mold spots.I feel happy that I have been paying close attention because things could be a lot worse. a bit stressfull trying to be surgical and clean with everything but I optimistic I won't see anything else tomorrow otherwise it means another long day of surgical harvesting. Good news is that the 150 g wet (=50dry?) is only a portion on this plant so if I can manage this mold I will be able to handle a nice staggered harvest which will suit my needs.

I have found some too. I found it quick like you. It has been wet out for awhile. This weekend should help dry us out a little.

I cut loss with the MOB and took em both down early. Don't need the mold in the garden with a 4 other sweet plants just comingn around in the same 16x16 enclosure. Was told the blueberry is more mold resistant but I found one tiny spot today. Your right that this week should be good.

4" of rain didn't help either.
This is my 1st and last time running MOB outdoors. Its just too dense, and doesn't resist the mold. Early finisher though.

Yea. Will likely do mob in a Light dep but not for fall harvest again. I agree... It's just too aggressive growing, non mold resistant to grow into the fall around here well. Maybe in a good year but that's a crap soot.
