Looks like they may need more fertilizer all-around but we need more info to be sure. Post what you're growing them in, feeding them, what the soil Ph is and how often you water

medium- MG ( dont bitch please) organic with pearlite added / in 1 gal bags
nutes- Flora nova grow every other watering
i wait till my plants have wicked up just about all the water before i water again
the ph of the soil is between 6.4 and 7.0
the room temp is around 80 for day time 72 at night . humidity stays constant at 40% having trouble getting it higher than that . i have used buckets of water , wet towels and a humidifier
we had a rough start with these ladies . twice we had to return ballast through the mail so i had to put them under a 70w MH for about 3 weeks .
i just want them to do the best that they can , we have been through a lot and i hate to loose them

You may need Magnesium. Try to make about 1/4 of your future mixes Worm Castings as they contain Mg. You could give them a little Epsom Salt. I'd suggest finding another fertilizer to augment what you have since there seem to be missing components.

i am moving everything out of the 1 gal bags to 3 gal pots due to the fact that roots are starting to poke through the bottom holes in the bags.
my new soil is
Earth grow potting soil 4 parts
Bennits soil mix 2 parts (local company who makes their own soil mixes , great place )
mr natural worm castings 1 part
pearlite just an extra dash both bag soils have them in there already

could i just add worm castings to the top of the soil in the bags , for the ones that are to small to go to a 3 gal .

Sure. You'd get faster results making them into a tea and using that to fertilize the plants, though. One good WC tea should tide them over until they're ready for transplant, as far as Mg is concerned anyway. If you put them on top of the soil, you may not see results until after the second watering.
