Any one have doing any LED grows?

I want to get some info on some led grows. what led lights not to get. what led lights to get. the yield you get from using an led. Any information and pictures on led growing would be awesome.

some good growers names using led lights are irishboy ,verdantgreen, setting sun, do a google search with name then led grow and you should find theyre grow journals all pulling 1gram/watt plus
the tec with leds has only really become good enough in the last year
scrog seems best method
