I write everything I observe and everything that I've done in my grow journal. I tend to forget sometimes what I did.

Me too.
3 or 4 times daily I note the max/min and current temp & RH (I always wipe the info when returning the hygrometer to the tent)
Every evening I take the pH and EC levels and note down those.
If the temp or RH is an unusual level I try to explain why.
Eg "High temp and RH 90%+ - I forgot to increase fan speed after the lights went back on"
or "Low temp - left desk fans and inline on full power for an hours of lights off".

Not asking for other peopels grow info. Just a basic sheet or something made in Excel. I suck at that shit
