Hi i'm starting my second grow since my first got stolen  and was wondering if all you potheads can give me some advice on my grow.

Box: 2.1metres (H) x 0.7metres (W) x 0.65metres (D)
System: Bubbleponics
Lighting: 125watts cfl (blue spectrum for veg and red spectrum for flower.)
Seed: Seedsman - White Widow

This is the store i get my kit from, can anyone give me an idea of what pump and things to use for my system, intake for fresh air for my grow box, Weather the light is sufficient enough.

Thanks.

Just don't tell anyone (this is the hardest part). Use this site for answers. Experience is the key.

what is your yield expectation?

I would suggest a 250wtt for your space... you will have a light that is more suited to the space and will create a better end product. for vents.. you could get away with alot of options ... you only need a small vent fan (30-40cfc is all you need) If you get an inline vent fan, you can very easily make your own carbon filter and eliminate the need for odor control as you will have neg pressure so air will be drawn into the tent, and out the carbon filter.. not just seeping out and smellin up the joint.
pics will let people help you more, and reading will help you fine tune to your situation (read experience and dialing in variables)

Im wanting to try bubbleponics as i already have a few bits and pieces for it, all i need is a suitable container.
I was thinking about drilling some small holes in the bottom for air to access the box and use 2 pc fans to exhaust the air from the box.
Pics are in my journal.

Thanks.

Im hoping i can get approx 4-5 ounce as im only wanting to do one plant at a time since it for personal.

You could use the same bulb from start to finish - if you had to - but your results vary. We generally look for lights with blue spectrum in veg to control stretching and a more red orange for flowering to pack on tighter buds - as you are mentioning. This also mimics what happens to the spectrum of the sun through the plant's normal growing season as well.. at it is what the plant will respond to best to give us the desired effect. I used a MH to flower once, I was testing to see if it had any effect on the amount of trichomes produced under the extra UVB in the MH's spectrum... but I smoked it all before I had next batch done.. lol.. so I dunno. But the buds were way fluffier with a MH than with a HPS in the same room and fixture with clones of same plant.
I would recommend getting a HPS if you can find one ... 1/4 lb off a 250 watt... ok.. doable - but I dunno about off a cfl? no experience with them.. but I can't see it personally.

You're on the right track with the venting. passive intake is a good thing for controlling odor. You should check out the DIY carbon scrubbers... you will be glad you did once you are flowering...

So if i pay an extra £25 i will be better off using 250watts?
I can't use MH or HID due to the heat they give off.

Thanks.

For the extra cash you will be happier to get it than if you didn't. Your yield is directly related to your light input-and all other variables will contribute. As you dial in your set up you should expect higher yields using a bigger light..
Again, I don't use CFL's so I don't know what your end result will be.. but people use them so they have to work to a certain extent. My advise - get the biggest light you can.. if it's only $25 more.. go with it... the light alone should give you an almost extra 50% on your yield... if it works the same as HID in that respect.

Yeah get HID if you want ounces from a single plant. With the amount of CFLs you would have to buy you might as well get a single HID and the lower watt HIDs like 150w or 250w are pretty easy to control the heat. Multiple higher watt CFLs put off about the same heat as a single lower wattage HID.
