Any ideas?

I've had a gnat problem and have been putting potato after potato slice on my plants trying to kill all those damn fungus gnat babies for weeks and noticed some brown spots with yellow discoloration. Their numbers have dwindled and I've been drying out the medium more. Would the larvae cause the spots on this beautiful lady? Or is it something else entirely?

Those spots could be from a number of things. To help control the fungus gnats get some sticky yellow traps for the Flyers. You can use Gnatrol WDG to combat the fungus gnat larvae. You can do a weekly 300ml drench of the gnatrol solution. 8-13ml per gallon of gnatrol. Ph the gnatrol solution to match your nutrients. This method is for drain to waste only.
