Yeah I'm with the power tools on this..... although I'd want air power. Frankly I'd use a Midas Rex LOL my personal go to tool. Sorry I'm baked so it took me a moment to think they might not allow power tools. In that case I'd use a hammer and 16 penny nail in one corner and rapidly, hard and in exactly the same place start pounding for heat transfer it will take a bit but it will eventually fail.
Or a high powered sniper round close in should do it. But bullet proof glass isn't bullet proof and it's not all glass it's a laminate with glass and polycarbonate.
Geesh I hope this makes some sense. I have to smoke less!

I'd rent me a 50mm autocannon from the WW2 surplus store. That should do the trick.
In all seriousness though, I think an Arc Welder would do the trick.

Catch is that it's only $500 and there's a guard at hand to make sure you don't try and do it with anything but your feet.

Well remind me to enlist you all you guys should I decide to rob a bank, although you may be a bit noisy and the tools a bit heavy duty you would I'm sure do the job.

This would be my go-to solution, with two refinements.
1) They make a linear shaped-charge product. The controlled-demo guys use it for those pesky I-beams. I'd use a judicious amount on the top&bottom of the support post. That is the obvious weak spot imo.
2) recommended accessory: a tow truck. I'd wrap the cable around the intact frame a few times, then drag the entire shebang through the streets, riding high and taking bows.
(Until i got to my duck-out corner. Quickly trnsfer the frame to the ratty-looking van before the parade catches up. Have minion drive tow truck with a not-even-very-good decoy throwng sparks at the end of the cable.)
