Any Ideas?

I've been veggin for almost a month now and I can't get these bastards to take off. I had problems with my previous plants not growing as fast due to either aphids or gnats. So I tore down everything and started over with a new strain and it's still growing slow for me. Right now I got Kush in grodan cubes, PH 5.8-6.2, room temp 76, humidity 50-60%, ppm 250-350. I was doing drain and fill once a day and notice it started to droop so i stop feeding it for 3 days and it's finally recovering. But now I'm afraid to drain and fill everyday again thinking it might droop again. by looking at these pics what do you think is my problem? thanks in advance!!!

this is me but I would givem a good flush and jack your ppms up 200 to 300ppm is low in my book!
they just look real hungry! dont let your PH drift to 6.2 thats a bit high set it at 5.6 and let it drift
to 6.0 over time then drop it back down. FYI mine at that age are close to 600ppms

Bro some strains like it a bit warmer, otherwise they get limp saggy and sluggish. Bump the room temp up to 80-85 for veg stage and see if that helps.
